Shipping policy

Ground Force Coffee ships one-pound bags of whole bean and ground coffee.

Standard retail orders are typically roasted, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 2–5 business days. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout. Current U.S. shipping options include Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders.

Coffee Club subscriptions are planned to ship once per month to keep the coffee fresh. Ground Force Coffee roasts a couple times per month, and one roast cycle will be planned around Coffee Club orders so subscription coffee is roasted, packed, and shipped fresh.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, email groundforceroasting@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.
