Flavor direction

This year’s lot offers a consistently rich, syrupy body with sweet, low-acidity notes. In lighter roasts, the coffee can show honey, vanilla, milk chocolate, and raw almond sweetness. As the roast moves deeper, the nutty character develops into toasted almond and peanut, balanced by caramel and chocolate.
